I noticed my old dried up Boston fern had some branches torn off, and I saw some house finches flying in and out, and sure enough – they had made a nest! These pictures were all taken in April 2017, from the first egg to the last I saw of the three babies before they left the nest. I’ve also included pictures of the parents feeding the babies and papa finch on guard.
